Mission:
The mission of the Institute for Student Empowerment is to assist school districts reduce truancy and dropout and increase graduation. We are committed to identifying processes that help teachers reach students more effectively and create learning tools that make learning more enjoyable for students.  

Philosophy
Our philosophy is rooted in the principles of self actualization. It is our belief that each teacher, parent and student creates at their highest level when they actively pursue their highest purpose. Teachers teach better, parents become more involved and students understand the true need to actively participate in their education when everyone pursues individual and collective goals and dreams passionately.

Best Practice
Our "Success Strategies for Working with At-Risk Students" symposium helps teachers understand how to handle students identified as "At-risk." We train teachers on the process of effective relationship building, remaining calm under pressure and proper teacher-to-student engagement.

We believe, everyone involved in the student's education receives a report card. We, therefore, develop processes that gets everybody involved. Our holistic approach awakens the village and makes the success of each child everyone's responsibility.
